No mystery. Here's what we touch.

1. What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the product:

• Your email address, to create and sign you into your account.
• Your website's domain and the keywords you save, because that's what discovery searches for.
• Prospect and contact information you ask us to find (see section 3).
• Mailbox credentials you voluntarily connect, to send outreach from your own inbox.
• Payment details, handled directly by our payment processor (we never see your full card number).

2. What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal data. Ever.
• We don't use third-party ad trackers or profile you for advertising.
• We don't read your inbox messages for any reason other than the feature you're using (like showing you replies).
• We don't use your content to train anyone else's models.

3. Prospect and contact information

When you ask LinkReacher to find who to contact at a website, we collect publicly available business information: the site, its domain rating, and the business contact details that appear in public sources. This is the same kind of information you'd find with a search engine, just gathered for you in one place.

Where a contact appears in our shared cache, it may be reused by other workspaces. Public business contact details are not "your" personal data, and we treat them as business records. If you're a business and want your public contact details removed from our data, email us at [email protected] and we'll handle it.

4. Where data lives and who processes it

Our servers are operated from India. When a feature needs a third party (search providers, AI processing, email verification, payment processing), we send only what that feature requires. Each of those providers has its own privacy policy covering that exchange. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under GDPR (EU/UK), the CCPA/CPRA (California), or similar laws, including access, correction, deletion, and portability. The short version: if you want to see what we hold about you, or have it deleted, email us at [email protected]. We'll act on it. You can also delete your account in the app.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, plus a short period after deletion to handle billing disputes and legal obligations. After that, it's gone.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, keep credentials stored securely, and restrict access to the people who need it to run the service. No system is perfect. If there's ever a real breach that affects your data, we'll tell you.
