1. What this is

LinkReacher is a software tool that helps you find websites that could link to you, find the right person to contact at each one, and run outreach from your own email inbox. You bring the site. We bring the digging.

2. You use it at your own risk

The software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no promises about deliverability, inbox placement, search rankings, or how many links you will win. Outreach is a numbers game and email is a moving target. We build good tools. We can't build you a guarantee.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkReacher and its owners take no responsibility for any results, losses, damages, or consequences arising from your use of the service.

3. You're responsible for how you use it

You are responsible for the content of the emails you send, who you send them to, and whether your outreach complies with the laws of your country and theirs. That includes anti-spam laws like CAN-SPAM (US), the GDPR and ePrivacy rules (EU/UK), and Australia's Spam Act. We provide tools for lawful, legitimate outreach. If you use them for anything else, that's on you.

4. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for your account, your password, and anything that happens under your login. If you connect a mailbox, you are responsible for what it sends and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has accessed your account.

5. Payments and refunds

LinkReacher has a free plan and a paid plan. Paid plans are charged in advance. You can cancel anytime, and access continues until the end of your billing period.

Refunds: if you cancel within the first 15 days of your paid plan and haven't made heavy use of it, contact us at [email protected] and we'll work it out. After 15 days of usage, no refunds. You've had time to decide whether it's for you.

6. Third-party services

LinkReacher uses third-party providers for search results, domain ratings, AI processing, and payment processing. When your data goes to them, their terms and privacy policies apply to that part. We pick providers we trust and pass on nothing more than needed to run the feature you asked for.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkReacher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We operate from here; it's simpler for everyone if that's the honest ground rule.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is substantial and affects your rights, we'll tell you. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.
